Ordering and Delivery
Please Note: Web orders placed between 1st - 7th April will not be processed until the 8th April, as we will be away at the Frankfurt Musicmesse.
We aim to deliver your parcel within 2-5 days. However occasionally due to delays with the courier the parcel may be delayed. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 days please email us at info@dukeofuke.co.uk
We try our best to keep as much in stock as possible, however in the event that an item is unavailable, you will not be charged for the goods, and we will notify you by email to discuss an alternative delivery time or product.
Postage and Packaging Rates
Our UK shipping calculator is specifically designed so that you can buy a Ukulele with Case, Books and Accessories, and have it delivered to your door for just 10.95. All items are shipped fully insured by International Courier or Royal Mail.

Customer Service and Returns Policy
At Duke of Uke we pride ourselves on our customer service, and providing the best level of service tailored to the needs of each individual. We will do our very best to make sure you receive all the help and advice you require.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, so we encourage our customers to contact us directly at info@dukeofuke.co.uk if you have any problems or concerns with your purchase.
We encourage our customers to check their purchase for damages upon delivery, before signing for them.
According to Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, you the customer are entitled to cancel the contract of sale within 7 days of receipt, if for any reason you're not happy with it. A full refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation. It is the consumer's responsibility to pay for carriage on returned items.
Claims for damaged or faulty items must be made within 10 days of receipt. Arrangements will be made for the item to be repaired, replaced or a full refund given. Unfortunately opened items such as Software, DVD and CD media, can only be exchanged for like, or credit.
Please also note that items sold "as seen", or where the condition of the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale, cannot be returned as faulty or damaged.
