Every effort has been made to ensure that the information pertaining to the activities of lessons, courses, workshops and events contained on this website is as accurate as possible.
Duke of Uke Tuition Ltd reserves the right to modify or alter, without prior notice, any of the information pertaining to the activities of lessons, courses, workshops and events. This can include fees, rescheduling, cancelling or combining classes. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient numbers. This is to maintain the highest quality learning environment for our students. Please also be advised that we cannot guarantee that your class will remain in the same room throughout the course.
Duke of Uke Tuition Ltd is unable to make refunds for absence due to changes in work commitments, personal or financial circumstances or any other reasons for not being able to attend the course. Any outstanding fees in these circumstances will remain payable.
If you become ill during the period of your course you may apply for a refund if your condition is permanent and prevents you from continuing. A doctor’s letter will be required to issue a refund relating to illness.
From the date of purchase, there is a cooling off period of 14 days. If you cancel within the 14 day period and have not attended any classes, you may be entitled to a refund, minus an administration fee of £50.00.
