Duke of Uke Ltd Returns and Refunds Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please see full details for Returns Shipping below.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Your purchase must be returned within 30 days of the date of sale. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
On presentation of the original receipt, and providing the item is found to be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging that you received it, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 5 working days please go through the following steps.
Be sure to check your bank account statement.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Having taken these steps, if you find you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Providing they are returned within 30 days of initial purchase, they will be eligible for exchange. Please refer to our exchange policy above for details.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day exchange policy. Exchanges can be for items of the same value or store credit if the item is returned to us in the original packaging.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You should package the item securely with the returns number on the box and ship to:

Your item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging that you received it.
When packing your return item please use the box your item was originally shipped in, or a box of the same kind.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we organise the return of your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the case of exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Duke of Uke Tuition Ltd Refund Policy
Pertaining to all lessons, courses, workshops and events operated by Duke of Uke Tuition Ltd trading as School of Uke and schoolofuke.co.uk
From the date of purchase, there is a cooling off period of 14 days. If you cancel within the 14 day period and have not attended any classes, you may be entitled to a refund, minus an administration fee of £50.00 or 25% of the value of the purchase whichever is the lesser amount. Regretfully we are unable to offer any refunds outside of the 14 day cooling off period.
Duke of Uke Tuition Ltd is unable to make refunds for absence due to changes in work commitments, personal or financial circumstances or any other reasons for not being able to attend the course. Any outstanding fees in these circumstances will remain payable.
If you become ill during the period of your course you may apply for a refund if your condition is permanent and prevents you from continuing. A doctor’s letter will be required to issue a refund relating to illness. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund but depending on the ciircumstances we may offer a partial refund.
