All of our instruments are packaged securely in store using custom double walled boxes with protective wrapping.
Each package will include a copy of your customer invoice and promotional material.
We will book your delivery using a range of shipping providers.
Please allow the time on your delivery choice in working days from date purchased.
Orders placed before 6pm will be booked for collection on the same day and collected from our premises the following working day.
Smaller items and accessories will be sent via Royal Mail.

European and International Shipping:
We book your order using the most competitively priced and reliable provider.
We reserve the right to adjust or alter our shipping prices or the booked delivery service without prior notice.
Holiday Delivery Times:
During National Holiday times the terms of our 1-2 shipping does not apply when booking a 1-2 day service.
Please allow up to an additional 1-2 days on your selected service for your order to arrive when ordering during National Holidays and Bank Holidays.
Please take care to note whether any of the items on your order are described as a ‘Backorder’.
Backordered items are available to us but not currently in stock. Backordered items may be sent to you direct from a distributor or may take longer than usual to reach you. Our checkout will advise you on the estimated wait time for delivery.
In most cases orders arrive safely and within the shipping time selected, however we will notify you if there is any further delay to a backordered item. Please do contact us if you have any concern regarding a backordered item.
Contacting us regarding your order:
Please use the customer notes feature within your order to contact us or add a request. Our team will be able to contact you using customer notes should there be an unforeseen circumstance regarding available stock or status of delivery. We can provide you will tracking details of your order on request.
The majority of customer orders reach their destination within the delivery time, however Duke of Uke cannot 100% guarantee your package is certain to arrive within the time selected on your order.
We will notify you should there be a change to the wait time of your order.
Duke of Uke accepts no liability for the loss or damage of your parcel, however we do review circumstances on a case by case basis and act as we see appropriate.
